Organizations structure

Organizations structure section allows to create organizational chart, edit the already existing organizations and review history of changes.

The Search panel allows you to narrow down the list of displayed organizations.
The Add organization button allows for creating a new organization.
The Actions menu allows for performing the following tasks:
- Modification of the basic information regarding the organization
- Creation, deletion, and modification of organizational levels
- Removal of the entire organization
- Reviewing the history of changes made to organizational elements

Creating a new organization

To create a new organization, select Add organization on the Organizations structure screen:

Next, fill out the form for creating a new organization:

The required fields are Organization name and Organization key (abbreviation). The Organization description is optional.

Creation of the organizational chart (organization levels)

To define the organizational chart by creating its levels, select the Configure organization levels option from the Actions menu of the previously created organization:

In the first step, add the main organizational level (e.g., Management Board):

Fill out the form by providing the Organization level, Short organization level identifier, Level manager for the newly created level:

To create lower organizational levels, select the Add option at the desired location where you want to create the level:

Fill out the form by providing: Organization level, Short organization level identifier, Level manager, and Manager (the list of managers is limited to individuals from the higher level):

Reviewing the history of changes related to the organization

The add-on automatically records the history of changes made within the organization. To review the organization's change history, select the Change Log option from the Actions menu in the organization list:

This will display a window with information and provide the option to export the data to a CSV/XLS file
