Organization chart

The Organizations section allows for graphic presentation of organization chart.

If there is only one organization assigned to view, it will be displayed automatically. When there are more organizations, you can select an organization to view in the Select organization field. Users without a manager are not counted as direct subordinates of the level manager, but are included in the total subordinates.

The Search field allows for search within the organization chart.

The organizational chart displays the number of Direct subordinates and Total subordinates in a particular branch. Data that needs to be completed, such as the absence of a particular manager, is also indicated.

After selecting a person, the graph will display details about them according to the configuration in the section:Organizations structure

Inactive users are displayed on the chart in a grayed-out manner. These users are not automatically removed from the chart. To remove them, you must manually delete them from the individual organizational structure or from the user menu Users menu | Remove user from the organization charts

In the case of users removed from the Jira system, they are displayed in a grayed-out manner for 14 days. After that, they will automatically disappear from the chart within up to 7 days.
