Deployment of a new add-on in Jira typically requires initial data input. To meet user needs and increase simplicitation of the process certain facilitation mechanisms have been developed.
To start working with the add-on, we suggest taking the following steps:
Install the add-on, as described in chapter "Installing the Add-on" Installing the Add-on
Assign appropriate permissions in accordance with the organization's rules, as described in chapter "Permissions" Permissions
Create organization and organizational levels, and assign individuals responsible for each level, as described in chapter "Organizations https://coigsa.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/UPOS/pages/1048586/Organizations#Creating-a-new-organization
Create global properties, visible to all users, as described in chapter "User properties” https://coigsa.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/UPOS/pages/983057/User+properties#Creating-a-new-property

Export the list of users and organizations to a CSV file Import & export
