Organizations structure section allows to create organizational chart, edit the already existing organizations and review history of changes. This level also allows to define which information from the user organizational profile is to be displayed in Assignee Details and Reporter Details panels on tasks. This information will also be displayed after scanning QR vCard.

The Show in issue panel section allows for selecting which information from the organizational profile of the assignee and reporter should appear in the issue panel in Jira, as well as defining the scope of information displayed when selecting a person on the organizational chart.

  1. The Search panel allows you to narrow down the list of displayed organizations.

  2. The Add new organization button allows for creating a new organization.

  3. The Action Actions menu allows for performing the following tasks:

    • Modification of the basic information regarding the organization

    • Creation, deletion, and modification of organizational levels

    • Removal of the entire organization

    • Reviewing the history of changes made to organizational elements
