After selecting a person, the graph will display details about them according to the configuration in the section:Organizations
Inactive users are displayed on the chart in a grayed-out manner. These users are not automatically removed from the chart. To remove them, you must manually delete them from the individual organizational structure or from the user list.
In the case of users removed from the Jira system, they are displayed in a grayed-out manner for 14 days. After that, they will automatically disappear from the chart within up to 7 days.
